I found a free mod on GTAVMods that was a simple texture replacer for the existing license plates. I wanted to take a swing at it for MCRP. Sadly this mod wasn't picked up by the server because it shut down but the original idea was to expand the collection to a dozen different designs with ones for corps, groups, generic designs and even some gang specific ones.
